it's all dhamma.

dhamma (Skt. dharma): (1) event, phenomenon; (2) mental quality; (3) teaching; (4) nibbana

A personal note

If you’ve noticed more reblogs than “original” posts of late, it’s partly because I haven’t been reading all that much on or offline. I’ve been listening though, should you be interested. I’ve also not been writing here or there because I’ve been concerned with significant autobiographical and expository undertakings, part of my applications for a hospital chaplaincy internship for the summer and also for school in the fall. And, unfortunately, no energy remained to share struggles and insights via various self-publishing tools. As far as the apps are concerned, I did well on the first part (and that means a full-time job—and not just any job—for the first time in three years, yikes!) but I’m still working on and waiting to hear re more post-grad work. Just in case you were wondering.

Thanks for staying connected even if I’ve been absent in various ways. Hope you fine people are happy and well.

Love.

About

Teachings from the Buddha-dhamma, nondual, and other contemplative traditions. A place to share things I'm reading and listening to, and to engage in dialogue.

I've been a Theravadan practitioner for around 10 years. Before that, I focused on Ch'an/Zen as a religion major in university. Currently I am a student at NYZCCC in the foundations of Buddhist contemplative care program.

I welcome your questions, and invite you to listen and reflect further with me.
